Today we have visited the Museum of Prehistory in Valencia.
Firstly, the students have taken part in a workshop to know how women in the Iberian society made clothes of natural fibres using a spindle (fus/uso), to create the thread, and a loom ( teler/telar) to create fabric (teixit).
Then, we have entered the room of the Iberian Culture in the Valencian Community. We saw the showcases with many different objects that teach us how people lived at that time: the writing (not deciphered yet), a coin collection, funerary rituals, ceramic to contain liquids and solids, pieces of jewellery, tools for agriculture, objects used at home, a reproduction of an Iberian house and the famous warrior of Moixent.
In the photo section, you can see more photographies of the activity.
