A waterspout in Valencia

Yesterday, we could see a waterspout (tromba marina o manga de agua) on the Mediterranean coast near the villages of El Perelló and El Mareny de Barraquetes, in the province of Valencia. A waterspout is a columnar vortex that occurs over a body of water and above big clouds. It occurs in an area in which a sharp decline of atmospheric pressure happens, combined with a strong thunderstorm.
