The river Mundo is an Spanish river. Its source is in Parque Natural de los Calares del río Mundo y de la Sima, in the range of Alcaraz, province of Albacete. It is the main tributary of river Segura.
The river Turia starts in La Muela de San Juan, in the Albarracin range and flows into the Mediterranean sea, in the city of Valencia. It goes through many villages and cities in the provinces of Teruel, Cuenca and Valencia and, finally, its mouth is in the city of Valencia.
In the past, many times, the heavy rains raised the water level causing the river to overflow and flood the city, and that's why the course of the river Turia was redirected and we have an amazing park in its riverbed.
